The recommended cuisines of the shop are avariety of crispy Tempura fried by special fryernamed ‘Dr. Fry’ and broiled conger eel. Forthose who like a tipple, Sukeroku also serves100-yen “Lucky Highballs” all day, every day.

Sukeroku Bar, which is popular not only for its tempura but also for its kabayaki (broiled conger eel), shiroyaki (grilled conger eel), and boiled conger eel, offers a wide variety of conger eel dishes from the Edo period.

The large conger eel tempura, so large that it protrudes from the plate, is a must-try menu item, with its crispy and fluffy texture enhancing its deliciousness.

Our original “Daikon Oden Tempura” is also crispy and impressive because “Dr. Fry,” a popular fryer for crispy and healthy frying, controls water molecules.

Take-out of freshly fried tempura such as kisses and prawns is also popular.
