Located a 3-minute walk from Aomono-Yokocho Station, near the intersection of Ikegami-dori and the old Tokaido Highway, Spaghetti House Olive has a bright, homey atmosphere.
The owner, who trained in Yokohama, opened the restaurant in Aomonoyokocho when he was 29 years old.
For 35 years since then, he has been aiming for the taste of Italian mamma’s. His special tomato sauce has a gentle spaghetti flavor.
The special tomato sauce is an exquisite dish with a gentle flavor that enhances the wheat flavor of the spaghetti, while at the same time maintaining a strong presence.
Such an exquisite tomato sauce is created with a “sense of taking time out.
The “Pomodoro” made with plenty of tomato sauce is the taste of Mamma’s, a dish that even Italians approve of.
The “Vegetable and Mushroom Pizza” and “Tomato Sauce Gratin with Spinach” are also highly recommended.
