Addictive taste! A new type of soba izakaya in front of the station that you will want to go back to again and again!
This restaurant is less than a minute from the trainstation. Its signature dishes include pork soba noodleswith chili oil and spicy curry with soba and rice .Also popular are its limited-time soba, which changesmonthly, and sashimi and shumai (dumplings), whichare popular bar snacks. Comfortable counter seatingand table seating for 4-8 people is available.
Right in front of the station, the restaurant is open as a soba noodle shop during the day and as an izakaya (Japanese-style pub) at night.
The popular signature dish is “Iwanaka Pork Tsuke Soba with Rahyu.
The original special soba noodles are topped with Iwate Prefecture’s Iwanaka pork shabu-shabu in men-tsuyu, plenty of seaweed, green onions, and sesame seeds.
The men-tsuyu with homemade raayu is addictively delicious.
We recommend first mixing the noodles as they are, and in the latter half of the meal, mix in the raw egg and fried egg that come with the noodles to change the flavor to sukiyaki style.
After eating the noodles, you can enjoy every last drop by mixing the men-tsuyu with the soba-yu (buckwheat water).
Another recommendation is the “Spice Curry Hot Tsuke Soba (with rice to follow),” made with more than 10 spices prepared in the restaurant.
The medium-thick noodles go well with the curry and are very satisfying.
We also have a large selection of izakaya (Japanese style bar) menu items.
